Refund policy

Would you like to return or exchange your order? We are happy to help you! At Woofe you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Return costs are for the customer and will not be reimbursed.

 

  1. Eligibility for returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required.
  • The return shipment must meet the specific conditions as described in paragraphs 2 and 3 below.

 

  1. Returning damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service. We will provide you with instructions for the return process and offer a replacement or a full refund.

 

  1. Returning undamaged products

If you want to return a product for reasons other than damage, please follow these steps:

  • Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process within 14 days of purchase.
  • Make sure the product is in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
