Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped with PostNL, DPD, or DHL, depending on your location. After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Track & Trace code.

Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Rates

  • Netherlands & Belgium – €6.95 | 2–3 working days
  • Rest of Europe – €9.95 | 2–6 working days
  • United Kingdom – €18.00 | 2–10 working days
  • USA / Canada / Mexico / UAE – €35.00 | 10–30 working days
  • Australia – €35.00 | 10–20 working days

Please note: larger or heavier items (such as dog beds) may incur higher shipping costs.

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

Forwarding & Freight Companies

We do not work with forwarding, consolidation, or freight forwarding companies.

If you choose to use a forwarding company, mailbox service, or third-party shipping agent, this is entirely at your own risk and responsibility. Once an order is delivered to the forwarding address provided at checkout, it is considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss, damage, delays, or misdelivery after the parcel reaches the forwarding company
  • Missing parcels marked as delivered to a forwarding address
  • Communication or disputes between you and the forwarding service

Any claims, replacements, refunds, or investigations related to forwarding companies will not be accepted.

Shipping Delays & Non-Receipt

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier or is not received despite being marked as delivered, we will investigate the matter directly with the carrier. Where appropriate, we may offer store credit up to the value of the affected items.

Store credit:

  • Is non-refundable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

An order is considered delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping information
  • Ensuring the delivery location is secure and accessible

Delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Any resolution offered will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may take the form of store credit, replacement, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

How to Start a Return

Please email info@woofe.nl within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order ID
  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original packaging

If your order included free or promotional items, these must also be returned.

If free items are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused
  • Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
