All orders are shipped with POST NL. After processing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a Track & Trace code.

- USA/Canda/Mexico :€35.00 10-12 working days

Will I have to pay additional fees at Customs?
For international orders, customs charges may occur when a parcel reaches its destination country. This depends on each country's import regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before ordering.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To start a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order ID
- The reason for the return
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
If your order included free or promotional items, these must also be returned.
If free items are not returned, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
